We liked our first one so much we bought a second one. The negative things I have read about like it being "tippy", well, yes it is because it is so light, but I work around that. And people say their latches break, well, what the heck are you doing to them??? I treat anything I buy with great care, and have had no problems. I love that it is light so I can lift away and carry it up the stairs to vacuum. The sponge like filters are easy to clean, let dry and put back in. It picks up the cat hair real well. We are happy with our lift aways!

I love love love the Shark Navigator. It has great suction and is a smooth vacuum to use on wood, vinyl and tile surfaces. On my low pile carpet, pushing the vacuum is a bit rough, but it cleans so well I can overlook that. I liken it to driving a car without power steering when you are used to power steering. For someone not looking for a good workout, or with all carpeting, test the machine first. It works great, and picked up so much my other vacuum missed. It's just a bit rough maneuvering, Well worth it for the level of clean!

I find reasons and make up excuses to run my vacuum now! I love this Shark! It has great suction and l love that I don't have to deal with dirty bags. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Love this vacuum given the price and size. Works great on my wooden floors and the canister that detaches is great for my stairs. I have 2 shedding cats and it's been great for getting those hairballs that seem to constantly float around! The light weight and compact size is very handy for this task! I do wish the cord were about 12 inches longer but it's typical length for most vacuums, I think. The extension wand for under furniture is fine for couches and such but too fat for under appliances - at least for mine.
