I bought this chair for my husband to take to camp. At 76 he's still very active but couldn't get up out of regular chairs with ease due to 3 knee replacements over 5 years. The chair height of the seat makes getting up and down a breeze and without embarrassment.

Nice chair with a few issues. Hate to nitpick but I will. The main issue I have is the storage/carry bag is too small and very thin and cheaply made. I have had past experience with cheaply made chair bags and eventually they will rip or tear. Also the small size makes it very difficult to pack up the chair qucikly It is very difficult to squeeze all the chair in the bag and pull it closed. As everyone knows after an event it can be hectic and you want to pack your chair and take off qucikly. Not with this chair or bag. A struggle. Also, while the chair states it is heavy duty and can hold up to 325 pounds I see that the design is such that the front legs can twist and break away from the part that rests flat on the ground. This happens when you push your weight against the front part of the arms. It applies downward force that goes through the legs to the connection and over time it can twist and break. Other people have written about that issue with this chair and I have seen it happen with other chairs. This is mainly a problem for people at the upper end of the weight limit. So be careful lifting yourself out of the chair.
