I had to throw out an old 10.5" Teflon skillet that was getting pitted. So I read up on hard-anodized pans and thought that I would try one. So I purchased the 11" which is a great size for several chicken cutlets, hamburgers or chops. I always hand wash and dry the pan after using and then I wipe the interior with a little vegetable oil: corn, canola or soybean. I have not had anything stick so far. I hope to get years of use out of it. In the near future, I plan on replacing my smaller skillets with Circulon's hard-anodized skillets.

one of the best skillets I have a ever used. cleans up so nice, light weight. A great pan, will be using a long time
