These shoes were adorable, but they run really big or the ones I ordered were mislabeled somehow. I have worn a 6 1/2 for--well, ever, and these shoes were at least one full size too big. As for the kind of hook that holds the shoe together in the back, some reviewers didn't like how it worked, but I didn't have any issues with it at all. I had to return the shoes due to the size issue and I couldn't even order a 5 1/2 because the smallest size they have is a 6. So, I'm still looking for some in a similar style. I read reviews all the time before I buy on line, so I hope this was helpful.

The shoes are awesome looking but as soon as I started walking, it rubbed my anklebone continuously. The back sole area is designed too high. So disappointing.

I was never the type to spend this amount of money on heels. However, I've been eyeing these heels up for a while now. I've been looking for heels that can go with anything, will give me comfort all day long, and I won't break an ankle with the heel. I ordered these in 8 and 8.5. I normally wear an 8, but I advise going up a half size. 8.5 gives me some extra room for the strap (which is different than other heels) and gave my toes some wiggle room. They are so comfy! I bought them in white and black. Absolutely love them

These sandals look great and the construction seems good too. However, you have to unscrew a rivet to adjust the fit. I had to do that just to be able to get them on. Even on the longest setting I have to completely bend in the back of the shoe to slide it on. I don't have fat feet either. Once on, they are comfortable enough except that my foot would slide up and down on the back with every step, which would probably lead to a blister. I would also be concerned that the shoe wouldn't last long with the abuse that the back has to take to get it on.
