Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product Was sad to return my product due to the yellow blade cylinder base being cracked and one piece of screen was torn. 01/02/2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Decided not to keep it. The Nutri-Pro Juicer arrived in good shape and reasonable time. It was very well packaged and everything was in good shape and working order. The set up was pretty easy although I had to call Bella because the instructions said that the masticating unit would not turn when it was fitted correctly but it does have some play in it - it is not completely stationary and so I had to call to verify if it was on correctly. I would recommend that they change their instruction manual to say that it will turn slightly but not all the way around. The first time I used it I did not cut the fruit and vegtables real small and when I got the juice it had some pulp in it and tasted kind of grainy. Because of the photos in the ads and on the box I was expecting really clear juice with no pulp but that was not the case. So the next time i cut everything up really small. This made it more clear and the second glass of juice was pretty good. The next time I used it I still cut everything up small but evidently the juicer did not like the order that I put things in. It jammed up on me and was very hard to get the parts out because they were jammed with fruit and vegtables. Also - the pulp got stuck in the pulp chute and I had to unplug the unit and stick something in it to get the pulp to dislodge. Besides all that - I found that the amount of produce I had to use to get one glass of juice is really alot and it occurred to me that I would be spending an awful lot of money on fruits and vegtables in order to just get one glass of juice a day. Also - so much of it is thrown away because none of the fiber goes into the juice (unless you don't cut it up small enough) and I am not really interested in making muffins with produce fiber. So....after about four or five uses I decided the investment was not for me. I can't say the unit is bad or poorly constructed. It seems like a high quality juicer and well made. But if you are expecting to be able to quickly load fruits and vegtables in it and come out with a glass of fresh juice I think you might be disappointed. At least from my experience you have to cut stuff up quite small and load it slowly and in the proper order and even then it takes a lot for a little juice - in my opinion. But as long as you know what is involved I think it is probably a well made juicer overall and supposedly healthier than the centrifugal juicers. 03/12/2013
