Rated 3 out of 5 by non programmable I didn't realize this as I bought it so it's more my fault but if being able to program your crockpot is important, do not purchase this one. 09/24/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by perfect size, great colors I purchased this in purple for my daughter to use in college. I should have gotten another for myself.. I have always loved the Crockpot brand, their customer support is excellent.( I have had other pots with lids that are attached so you can leave open during a buffet service, but I find the simpler the better. The idea was great, but the plastic doesn't hold up.) So I am sticking with the less is more when it comes to features on these items. You won't be disappointed with this purchase, it does just what it is supposed to do- Toss in the ingredients and come home to a hot delicious meal. 12/23/2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Cheaply made and unreliable Because this is a brand name I assumed that I would be happy with my purchase, unfortunately I am not. The lid does not fit snugly on top of the crock, literally slides around. The description states it has a stainless steel finish, hard to believe since it is softer than an aluminum soda can and easily dents; I have many dents in mine and this is not from abuse. The controls have warm, low and high which I like but sometimes it gets confused and switches heat settings, Most often it sits in my cabinet and I only use it when someone is home because it's more trouble than it's worth. 05/13/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not A Good Crockpot I just got this for Christmas and I am returning it because it takes way to long for anything to actually cook in this crockpot. I also have the Hamilton Beach slow cooker which is the same as this crockpot and comparing the two, Hamilton Beach gets hotter and cooks quicker. The Crockpot brand took 4 hours longer than the Hamilton Beach and also some of my recipes called for 1 1/2 hour cook time and it actually took 5 hours and I mean with a desert and carrots. If you want a crockpot that takes a day and a week to cook than this is your crockpot otherwise Hamilton Beach wins hands down! 01/06/2015
