I usually don't buy anything online unless it has good reviews. I tried to use this steamer several times and it didn't do anything to get rid of wrinkles. I thought maybe it was because the first blouse I tried it on was made of a thick material. I then tried it on a cotton shirt that wasn't too wrinkled and it didn't work on that. I tried letting the steamer sit for a while longer to try and get the water more heated up and that didn't work either. I followed the directions and used the fabric brush before steaming and nothing still! Maybe I just received a defective steamer but my didn't work at all!

This gadget is quite handy...never used one before! So far I've used it for a house full of light weight curtain panels...22 (40"x 84"). I was able to steam almost 2 entire panels before having to fill up with water. I also steamed 2 medium weight shower curtains. The lightweight stuff was a breeze and the medium weight shower curtains took a bit more time, but not bad. Some reviewers complained about the weight of the product...it does get tiresome in one hand, so I just switched hands and use of the 'constant on' switch...I found that feature especially useful.

I bought this to take the wrinkles out of a bridesmaids dress. It was made from a thick satin material with deeps wrinkles. I was very pleased with how this steamer took out the wrinkles. It has 2 settings; low and high. It also has 2 attachments. My husband used it for his suit as well, and it took the wrinkles out no problem. Its easy to use with a nice design. My only complaint is that it spits out a little bit of water, so you may have to wait for the water spots on your article of clothing to dry, but overall a great product for a reasonable price!
Rated 2 out of 5Â by swong this steamer is heavy after holding it for a few minutes. I tried to take the wrinkle from my husband's long sleeve shirt. I think I shouldn't be lazy and just get my iron and board out next time. The shirt got wet from the steam and took at least 15 minutes to get most of the wrinkles out. I then tried on my lighter cotton top and it still took a while to get the job done. Disappointed with this.
