Rated 5 out of 5 by Compact Exercise I love this elliptical trainer! It saves space, allows me to use it as a stand-alone machine and I can place it under my desk and use it while working. The cost is compact as well! I've owned the large treadmill, large elliptical and the large elliptical bike. They took up an entire room. I downsized my living quarters and let that equipment go to someone else. But I still needed something besides my own body movements to push me. This machine fills the bill. Not only am I improving my circulation, I'm building my balance form and moving my arms as well as toning my leg muscles. I wonder what took me so long to use this machine. I love it! 03/31/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent product Very sturdy elliptical trainer. I have been a runner for years but now suffer back problems, so this is a great alternative form of exercise. However, like other reviewers, I must say that the stride is short, but it is not a problem for me. Someone who is used to the professional elliptical trainers at gyms or a taller person might not like it very much. I am 5'5". You can increase the tension which I think helps compensate some for shorter stride. I also hold 2 lb weights while on it which helps my arms. This machine is extremely quiet which is great for watching tv or talking on my phone making the 45-50 minutes I spend on this trainer go by very fast. I love it. 07/13/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by I will always be in love with my elliptical, and I I will always be in love with my elliptical, and I believe it will always have a place in my health and wellness regimen! I use this machine - ONLY while sitting down (never standing) why bother standing when it will be just as effective if you use it while sitting? My experience has shown that in order to actually see tangible weight loss, with this or any form of exercise, you have to find your personal "sweet spot" in terms of the balance of exercise and food intake (including types of foods). There's more to the big picture than that, of course, but that's a good starting point.! 01/20/2016
