I really like this juicer. The juice tastes great. You have to cut the veggies up, which is a little time consuming, but not too bad. Cleaning the juicer is a little time consuming. It would be nice if the components were dishwasher safe. Cleaning is made easier by the brush that is included. It would be nice if recipes and use tips were included, only an instruction manual is included that shows how to put the juicer together.
I have not had a slow juicer before, so I cannot review this juicer to others like it. I looked online for reviews and the omega vert was one of the ones that was well reviewed. It is expensive.. I have a cheap juicer that is very difficult to clean. I have read that that a slow juicer makes healthier juice.

Just bought my first juicer as am told masticating better than centrifugal. It got clogged up on first usage, and the main bowl bit kept moving off the motor, requiring me to hold it in place at the same time as holding the button pressed. Also it's a total faff putting it together. I've just taken about an HOUR to make some juice and clear up the mess. Now have dismantled for washing. And I just can't put it back together again. Is it just me? £280 down, and I don't feel like going through it all again tomorrow morning. I can see this just sitting gathering dust...

I'm going on my 2nd year with this juicer and it is a workhorse. It processes food quickly and efficiently. I use lots of carrots, cabbage, kale, beets, ginger, lemon, and lettuce. It takes no time at all to clean. The only two things I can say that may be worth thinking about when choosing models is when using leafy stuff like spinach and Kale, the fibrous strands sometimes stick in the exit chute. This can be resolved by cutting the greens cross wise to keep the strands from getting too long (alleviates problem). Also, the screen broke on me, but Omega sent me one in the mail. Customer service is great!

When I purchased the 350-VRT, that was the "best one". At over $400 I got around 1 year of use. Now, all the parts are gungy and require replacing. I was one that would wash the parts IMMEDIATELY after juicing, even before I drank my juice. Also, as soon as I would juice more that 12 oz, the juicer started producing all sorts of large pulp particles. I feel for the price I spent, it was not worth it. Now that I need to replace the parts, I'm half way to a Norwalk juicer. Definitely something to keep in mind before you drop 400+ on one of these. The parts should not cost what they do to replace when they require replacement so quickly
