I have had my juicer for a few weeks now and I love it! I am already on my second juice cleanse and have already lost 6 lbs. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is because it really isn't that great with chopped tomatoes. Better with COLD, grape/cherry tomatoes. And I wish the juice collector was calibrated - I eventually just used a sharpie so that I could get proportions right for my mason jars.

Got this as a Christmas present from my husband last year, and I LOVE IT! It is very versatile, makes great pasta (extrudes), and the juice is a great consistency! I use it daily, sometimes more than once a day. I love that just a little pulp is left in the juice, and it's so simple to use and clean. The juicing screen did crack when I ran a 1/4 lemon through (when fairly new) and customer service was delightful to work with. New screen has held up great, and I don't run lemon rinds through. Takes pomegranates, carrots, chopped apples (cores included), pineapple, oranges, kale, spinach, celery, and many other produce items just fine. :)

Let me start by saying that this juicer is PERFECT if you only want to juice leafy greens and carrots. Once you add softer foods (cucumber, apples, citrus, etc) it gets all mushed up and backed up in the auger and wastes a lot of the items added. Best tip is to alternate a handful of greens and carrots then a piece of softer foods then repeat. this will help the softer foods along with less waste. The very small opening also makes it a time consuming process.
It is very EASY to clean!!!! Takes less than 5 minutes to have it all cleaned up.
For the price, this is a good unit if you are a beginner and want to see if juicing is for you. Once you see if you will enjoy juicing, you will most likely be ready for a better unit.

I was just making carrot juice, had the pieces cut up small, so not sure how this even happened. I just read three reviews of others who had the same thing happen when it was still fairly new, and it is not covered under warranty. Seems like a design flaw to me. (Sure if I was juicing rocks or something) Now I have to figure out where to order the new part and how I will live without wheat and carrot juice for the next few weeks. I guess if I had to buy a new one I would look for one that was stronger or had less plastic. For the amount of money it cost it should not be breaking so easily or quickly.
