So I ordered a box of two filters only got one in the box - keurig said they would make it right and YES they sure should. first time ordering from them and otherwise would be a deal breaker for future orders. They seem to stand by their customer service only thing I wasnt' a fan of was they had to create me a "profile" then told me i'd have to go in and unsubscribe from emails since i purchased my order as a guest. Seems dumb to get customer service but whatever more annoying than anything else.

after following the instructions on how to prep the filter such as sokeing it in water for some time i think it was like 5-10 mins i forget. and then holding it under runing water for a few mins the filter works great for filtering Tap Water from the sink. just make sure u follow the instructions 4 preping the filter dont just install it with out first preping it and try making coffee.doing so would not be a smart move

We use the filters when I forget to get a new filter for the Pur....I know you don't have to use them if you have bottled or filtered water,,which is a great option. I also like the option on 2.0 K560 that lets you know when the filter needs changing. I think it's a great fall back option and yes I do prefer using the filter to buying H2O and having to deal with the bottles or jugs,,less to carry...
