Rated 1 out of 5 by Would not recommend Cleaned mug a couple of times as instructed prior to use and made a cup of coffee. I could taste the plastic and rubber inside the lid as I sipped the coffee. The hole in the lid is extremely small so you hardly get any coffee to sip. I transferred the coffee into my regular mug in case it was the coffee that was bad and the coffee tasted great. I would have just tossed the mug but it is very expensive so I returned it for a refund. I would not normally review something like this but due to the cost of the mug I wanted to let others know what I experienced. I love my Keurig brewer and coffee. 03/22/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Travel Mug I've Tried My wife and I have tried literally over a hundred dollars worth of different travel mugs in search of perfection, and these Contigo mugs are what prompted us to stop looking. Everything else we have tried either maintained temperature but leaked or didn't leak but didn't maintain temperature either. These mugs get it right on both features, so much so that we each have dedicated hot drink and ice water mugs (we've seen ice last over 24 hours). Don't hesitate to try one (or more!). By the way, ours are not the Keurig branded version, but I'm sure that is the only difference between our and these. 11/24/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best. Mug. EVER. My bro-in-law got me this for Christmas 2 years ago. Never leaks, never spills, keeps my one cup a day hot all morning/afternoon. The reviews that mention a lingering coffee smell after washing dont bother me, because I use it every day for my coffee, in side or on the go. And I wash it before I refill it by running a small button portion of clean hot water from the Keurig, tighten the lid, shake it good, and then release the scalding hot water thru the lid into the sink. LOVE it. But I need a new one because I keep dropping it - a couple nicks in the lid, but still works. 04/20/2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by cleaning makes this not worth it While the cup is nice looking and keeps the coffee hot for a long time the lid makes this all null and void. I contacted Keurig about the difficulty in cleaning the lid and while they agreed and gave me ideas on how to I am still grossed out by it. Wish I could just get a return of my money. I just spent 1/2 hr with a pipe cleaner and toothbrush and am not letting it soak in peroxide. If this doesn't work then it will go on the shelf never to be used again. Why would they make something so difficult to clean? I literally have black flakes of dirt coming out and this after rinsing out after each use with hot soapy water. 01/01/2014
