So far so good the toaster is working fine. We like the size of it and the fact that it does bagels on one side. Glad we bought it.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by C.J. Sturdy cord
We are very pleased with the toaster. Since it is not to be left plugged in, we are pleased with the sturdy cord that can stand up better to unplugging. The use of metal rather than plastic is a nice feature and it goes well with other stainless appliances nearby. The wide open slots are a plus to handle larger slices or bagels. The shade control knob rotates too easily. When wiping the toaster it is easy to move this control without knowing the number has been changed. Several pieces of toast have been ruined/over-toasted because of this. We would certainly purchase this toaster again but hope we don't have to for a good long while.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Pearlma this toaster is smooth.
this toaster replaced a toaster that was 80 to 90 years old. The only reason I replaced it was the cord gave me a little shock so it seemed wise to retire it. Otherwise the 85 year old toaster worked fine. This new toaster toasts so smoothly. That is how I describe it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Cindyr Appreciate the quality, stylish look and bonus ringer
Viewed about a dozen toasters on display. Immediate sellers of this KitchenAid model were the study lever and knob, hefty weight and stylish look. No rickety, loose or light as a feather features. Can tell this product can stand up to every day use. Special bonus - a ringer alerts you when your toasted morsel is ready! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
