Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice boots to own I'm happy I ordered my boots. I have 99% satisfaction with the boots. I have large calfs and the boots fit great. My 1% issue is an annoying rubbing on my left big toe. I had to remove the boot mid afternoon to relieve the irritation but as the day progressed, the boot began to stretch for a more comfortable wear. I will purchase additional pairs of boots from the Journee Collection in the future.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not what i expected I thought the boots were really cute...online, but when I tried them on at home I was disappointed. I was hoping I could tighten them up with the laces so they fit more snuggly around my lower calf, but that didn't happen. I couldn't have known that prior to my purchase because there was no image of them on a model. Also. as soon as I pulled the laces on the left boot, 2 eyelets popped right off. I never even got them laced up before something fell apart. Returned them in store immediately.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great boots - poor quality I absolutely love these boots. I've had my first pair for a year. The stitching is starting to come undone and the sole is beginning to separate from the boot. I love the style of these boots and the fit very much, but the quality of the boot does not measure up to the high price charged for them. I am reluctantly ordering a second pair of these boots today.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fake zippers, sole falling off First, I was immediately disappointed to realize that the zippers on the outsides of the shoes are fake. I had hoped to have a secret hiding spot for my ID and credit cards when I'm out, but these do not offer them. I actually ended up opening the zipper, cutting a hole in the side of the shoe, and adding a pocket on the inside; my problem is solved, but it definitely required some work. Second, the sole by the left heel has actually torn away from the shoe, 17 days after I received the shoes (and probably about ~8 days of wear). I took a step backwards, and the heel completely separated. A little bit of Gorilla Glue and some heavy dictionaries should hopefully do the trick! But, again, requires some work that shouldn't be necessary for boots less than a month old.
