Rated 4 out of 5 by Concern.. I have the VRT 330S Juicer. I am finding that depending what I put in the juicer my juice is pulpy.. and many things like Celery, and kale, green leafy veggies don’t give much juice and clog the pulp extraction area.. Wondering if I am doing something wrong.. Never had this issue with the Jack Lalane one but I did not like it as much as this one.. But there are a few things that frustrate me on this one. any help would be great.. paid a lot of money for this and did not expect certain veggies to not be able to be juiced.. 02/25/2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Way too much pulp in my juice I've noticed that many of you have complained that there ends up being a lot of pulp in the juice. Has anyone given an explanation for this or is it just because it's a bad juicer? I've had mine less than 24 hours and am already contemplating taking it back. If I wanted pulp I would use a blender... Right? If I'm doing something wrong can someone please let me know??? Thanks 03/20/2015

I believe the screen has been replaced three times so far - but customer service has always been very courteous and prompt in doing that. Thank you! 04/01/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 Four years of Juicing and its still going strong. We purchased our VRT330 in 2010 and have been very pleased with it. The screen started to crack so we called Omega. They asked us to send a photo of the cracked screen which we did. (So easy to do with digital cameras.) The part arrived very quickly and we were quickly juicing again. In reading the negative reviews it would appear that the customers didn't try to work out their problems with Omega. Whenever I have called their support center, the staffers have been informative and very easy to work with. 11/18/2014
