Rated 3 out of 5 by Love it but... I bought this for a Christmas gift for my husband and myself we have used it since January 2016 and in February the top basket and the inside lid of the coffee pot is covered with coffee grounds. It doesn't seem to sit firmly in the hole in the bottom of the pot so enabling it to spew coffee grounds all around the lid and basket. I'm using the small round Melitta filters with the hole in the center. It makes great coffee just really disappointed that the grounds are spewing everywhere. I'm returning it to Kohl's tomorrow. 02/28/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful Kitchen Appliance! I ordered this product specifically for brewing wassail at Christmastime. It is exactly what I wanted and absolutely beautiful. I do understand the complaints about the numbers for the water level being hard to discern though. I made a pot of coffee to try it out and did have a bit of a problem seeing where the water level should be for a small serving. The coffee was the best I've had in a very long time though! It brews much nicer coffee than my drip pot produces. All in all, I think it's a great product at a reasonable price. 12/16/2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Purchased as a replacement for my Keurig. We have been using a Keurig for the last several years in our home for coffee.. Absolutely love the Keurig, but our second unit bit the dust and the reviews of the updated Keurigs aren't good. Decided to go back to a good old-fashioned percolator. This unit makes really good, hot coffee. It's slower than a Keurig, however. Unfortunately, there is not one coffee percolator manufactured in the US anymore. This particular model got the best reviews, however, so I thought I would give it a try. 01/12/2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by weak coffee we've tried several times, but anything less than 8 cups will cause the coffee to be weak. This is unfortunate because if I only want 6 cups I have to waste coffee grounds to make at least 8 to get my coffee strong the way I like it. maybe I have a defective one? seems like less than 8 cups of water isn't enough to saturate the grounds...I may be returning this percolator... 01/06/2016
