Rated 5 out of 5 by The possibilities are endless. This juicer has so many possibilities, I love it. It comes with a rice-cake attachment but no recipes or instructions on how to use it, so I decided to jump in and wing it. While the rice was cooking, I heated a tablespoon of curry powder and a pinch of cinnamon in 2 tablespoons of canola oil , and used the juicer to dice a mango and a few cubes of fresh ginger. I mixed three cups of cooked rice together with the diced mango and ginger, a half-cup of coconut flakes, and the spiced oil. I ran this through the juicer, where it came out as a fine paste. I rolled this into individual balls and flattened them into pancakes, and cooked these in a thin layer of oil. They came out awesome. They were almost like a dessert pastry and you’d never guess their main ingredient was brown rice. They would have been better sprinkled with powdered sugar or honey, but this batch was practically eaten straight from the pan. Clean-up was surprisingly easy. Food never touches the actual appliance, and the accessories are easy to take apart to wash. This juicer has so many possibilities. Next I’m going to make rice cakes with cheddar cheese and hot peppers. I’ve never made beef jerky, but I’m really tempted to try it now that I see how versatile this multi-purpose “juicer” is. If you like to experiment like I do, the possibilities are endless. 12/09/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by First time I have purchased a juicer. I love it. It is simple to take apart and clean. I am using it every day and am so happy with it. I saw a person using it on You Tube and I started looking for it. I am very pleased with this product. 03/14/2013
