This cordless kettle is easy to use and heats water really quickly. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for an electric kettle.

Element is not exposed, you can get your hand inside to wipe it out or clean. All stainless except for handle. The display to show how much water is inside is not that easy to see, but it's acceptable, and you can tell by weight how much water is inside. When you've emptied it, I suggest placing a paper towel loosely inside, and hanging out the top (with top open), to wick out all the moisture. It really helps to get all the water out of the inside. If you don't do this, you will find there is often water still inside, even after a few days of drying with the top open. This kettle is a good size overall, and has an auto-off switch lit by a blue LED light.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Agal High quality, nice design, easy to clean
I just recently purchased another one right after my daughter moved out an took my old kettle (2 or 3 year old) with her. I was happy to see that Kohl's still sells this model. I absolutely love it! It does its job and looks great on the counter! Has a detachable base with storage to hide an extra cord underneath. Boils water quickly and automatically shutts off when it's done. Not the cheapest kettle on the market but worth every penny spent as it is very well made and very convenient to use. Lightweight.

If you hate waiting "endlessly" for your tea, and you want a kettle that you can leave out on the counter because it looks so good, this is your electric tea kettle! Fast (even when filled), sturdy, and durable (At least it LOOKS and FEELS durable. Only have had it here for two weeks so who knows?) The one thing that could have been designed better is the large appendage near the bottom that is the ON switch, and lights up bright cobalt blue when the kettle is on. It's like a big blue thumb. Easy to see, but it's plastic and I wonder if it might be subject to breaking if it's "man-handled." A little pricey, but I expect it to last for many years....if it's "thumb" doesn't break.
