Rated 5 out of 5Â by brichard9 love the throw, not the red color
I've had this throw in ivory for about 1 year - and absolutely LOVE it. Extremely soft, warm, and I really like the look of the corduroy. It is a casual look which is what I want in the family room. I wanted a red throw to put out for the upcoming holidays. I ordered it in red but was very disappointed in the color. The color is more like a very washed out red or a medium dark dusty rose. Not at all any type of holiday red. Sorry to say it was returned. I have a Kohl's near my home so returning was a snap. Kohl's - please get this throw in a true red or cranberry color - as this is one AWESOME throw blanket!

I love nothing better than to curl up in the evening with a warm throw. I have many that I have warn out over the years. This Kohl's throw was the first that I had seen with corduroy on one side and a berber type lining on the other.
I have to say that this has got to be one of the warmest throws that I have ever had! It is nice that you don't have to worry about a knit on one side that could be easily caught on something. I have 4 little dogs that love this throw as much as I do. Fortunately, it is well made and easily washed and dried at home. I definitely will purchase again!

I ordered this blanket in red. It is a beautiful shade of red, not a berry red as pictured, but not a rusty red either. As much as I love red, for some reason as I viewed the blanket online, I did not get a "Christmas" or "Santa" vibe (maybe because the white side doesn't look so puffy in the picture). But as soon as I opened the package (I ordered online and it shipped to my house), all I could think was "Santa"!! It has to be the fluffy, white underside. I'm not sure why it's called "berber" because it's a soft, full sherpa to me. I am hoping that it looks okay on the sofa year-round, because I'm not one to splurge on 'holiday-only' blankets. Aside from its Christmas-like appearance, it is a pretty and extremely soft and cozy blanket.
