i have had this pan for many years and never used it for pizza...it's great for baking crip potatoes, rolls, chicken...anything you want to be crip and cooked on both sides at the same time. my pan is ready for trash...used it so much, so i m going to buy 2 new ones!

I eat frozen pizzas a lot. I found one that I love, but it is very thin. When I put it on the rack of the oven to bake, it is very hard to get out. That is when I start shopping for a pizza crisper. This was light weight, non-stick, and at a good price. I love it. It makes it so easy to get a frozen pizza out of the oven. I find now I use it for many frozen foods. It is so easy to wipe clean until the next time. i use it often.

I make little pizza's at home with gluten free crusts. It is extremely difficult to get a gluten free crust of any kind to cook to the texture I like (thin and crispy). To get a somewhat crispy crust I had to over cook everything else and then was fighting to clean the melted and burnt cheese that ran over the sides. This pizza pan helps with that, I love it.

I purchased this pan for reheating pizza. It crisps up leftover pizza nicely, as well as toasting bread. Good quality pan, with easy clean-up.
