Rated 1 out of 5 by from quality of replacement heads is terrible! I've used Sonicare for 30 years ... purchased 3 units over that time. The product cleans teeth very well and is good for gums and I've had great 6 month check ups. HOWEVER, over the last few years I've noticed that the replacement heads show wear very quickly -- after one month they are very worn. These replacement heads are no longer manufactured with the same quality that they used to be!!! The replacement heads are very expensive to change on a monthly basis!!! Either improve the quality or lower the price on the replacement heads!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from wasteful This product works well but what a wasteful design! Why can't you make a toothbrush where just the top head pops off so only a small part needs to be replaced? You should accept these back for recycling, and make the effort to make a less wasteful product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from durable product I have had this toothbrush for several years and it has held up really well! I started using it when I started having issues with my gums. the dentist suggested it so I bought one right on the spot and have used it ever since!my gums have been a lot healthier! I just wish I could buy the heads in a single pack because I don't know how much longer the system will work and I don't want to get stuck with extra heads! do you still sell that same system because my dentist does not.he has the newer on which takes a different head! I LOVE IT!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great performance, shaky labeling The e-series Sonicare has always worked well for us. Convenient 4-segment timer, good checkups at the dentist. I wish the base and handle were more clearly labeled. When it's time to buy replacement heads, I always get confused trying to remember which model brush heads I need to buy. This time I got it right, but how easy would it be to clearly label the product with the type of parts it requires?
