Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lid handle came off, unable to reattach After the forth use, the handle came off the lid. This is made with a porcelain handle attached to a porcelain nut inserted from the inside of the lid. The nut is too short (by about 2-3mm) to firmly screw into the handle through the thick glass of the lid. The nut screws in firmly when inserted into the handle without going through the lid. I cannot use the lid. Other than that, the product appears to be high quality and very useful. Thus far, I have not found a support link for this company to request a replacement handle nut.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Glass lid handle does not adhere and came apart I took this to a potluck at church. When it came out of the 350 degree oven, the handle came apart and the lid went back into the casserole with nothing to lift it out with. Very hot and very dangerous! (Also embarrassing.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I love the bowl with handles, but handle came off lid. I love the bowl because it has handles. But the knob came off the lid, and it would not screw back in. It was almost like it was stripped. I have only used this bowl a few times. I called corning ware, and they are sending out a replacement bowl and lid. Hopefully, they have fixed the problem, and the replacement won;t do the same thing. Upon looking at other reviews, many people have had the same problem.
