Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect coffee every time This coffee maker is the "go to "coffee maker for those who drink a lot of coffee or for entertaining. The glass coffee carafe does keep the coffee warm as long as the machine is "on". When the pot is full, please take care and perhaps pour the coffee while over the sink to avoid a spill. We drink a lot of coffee and use the machine at least twice a day. We have had many, many other coffee makers and this one really stands out. I highly recommend it! Tip: Do not use a very fine grind and do not fill the paper liner to the top. This will help avoid getting the grinds into the coffee. 04/06/2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Just not worth it Received as a gift - so I am kind of stuck with this. Brews OK, but the coffee is not hot enough, and with a non-heated carafe, it then cools too quickly. The design is pretty bulky, with the pull out top it claims that you can leave under the cabinet and not move it - but the water gauge is on the side, so you can not see how full it is, the carafe doe not pour out completely until you tip completely upside down - so you can not use that as a gauge. Basically - this seems like a product that the manufacturer never really used - they designed it and went into production. 01/06/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor features and function. I purchased this coffee pot because it was a 14 cup. I returned the coffee pot for the following reason: 1. It leaked coffee grounds in the coffee pot because I could not locate any 14 cup filter and the gold filter was useless. 2. It was cheap style and very large and took a lot of counter space. 3. You also had to purchase coffee filters to insert in water and they would have to be purchased separately and changed every, I think, 60 brews. 4. It had military time. I called the companies customer service because the time i was able to display was military time. The customer service told me this is how the coffee pot was made. That was the final "blow". I wanted a 14 cup coffee pot with standard time, no filters in water, (since most homes have filters on their refrigerators) and good coffee. I was very disappointed with this product considering how much money it cost. 11/19/2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by create a product that consumers can easily clean. This is a basic brewer and it makes a fine cuppa, but I've owned if for a year-ish, and the control buttons' labels have come off. The buttons still work but it's a guessing game to get it programmed properly, or decipher which button is which. I think ALL coffee makers should have the control buttons ABOVE the carafe so they are never affected by coffee spills, hot water ,grounds or wiping it down, etc. 01/31/2014
