Rated 5 out of 5 by Granddaughter's Favorite Christmas Gift! For those that are complaining that it's "out of tune"...really? Does that matter to a small child? My granddaughter is just 18 months and of course can't read the "sheet music", but it certainly doesn't matter to her. We actually had to distract her to get her to open other gifts. For those of you who want something perfectly in tune, I guess you shouldn't have bought a toy xylophone! 01/15/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by not complete missing parts I received a little tikes xylophone for my sons second birthday and it did not have the wand with it so he was not able to use it. 05/14/2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Out of Tune. This product looked like it should, however, it was completely out of tune straight out of the box. Our D and high C are both off. I have an email pending with customer service, will update this review if my situation is resolved. In the meantime, I'd suggest that if you cannot verify tune in the store, don't order. 11/10/2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by not enough instruction I've never known how to read music so maybe that's the problem but for a starter instrument it could at least give a mini instruction sheet. I don't know what the difference between a solid color and a open face color on the music sheet is. So when we played it according to the colors it sounds off key 12/26/2012
