Rated 5 out of 5 by New Favorite Pieces I've been collecting fiesta for 30 years. New pieces are always exciting. The bowls are wide and shallow perfect for soups and stew, you can rest your bread on the rim. I received them as gifts and had to come home and make some french onion soup so I could try them out. The fact that you can put fiestaware in the oven is a great feature. So just picture that golden melted cheese from the broiler on top of that soup....delicious. I have every color available and it's always a beautiful look on the table. I love that when stacked they take up less height in the cabinet compared to the cereal bowls. 12/23/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by These rimmed soup bowls are great. Bought this as a gift. She is pleased with it. Will be continuing to purchase other pieces. 03/21/2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Shallow for a Soup Bowl I guess this is technically a soup bowl but I won't be using it for that. First I ordered the cereal bowls which turned out to be way too small for anything but a child or a snack, then these which are way too shallow for soup or cereal. I will most likely be using these for pasta or salad. Fiesta has another bowl that is deeper but I don't remember what they call it. That bowl is the one I am going to stick with for soup and chili. I got the yellow and love the color. 08/23/2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Ordering and gift wrap problems I purchased 4 of these for a gift registry. The bowls were fine, and delivery was fine, so I'm giving this 4 stars. Two problems: when ordering online I wasn't able to have them delivered to me rather than the registry couple (I wanted to wrap them with something else and give them myself), so I had to phone in the order to make that happen. The person on the phone was very helpful and efficient. The second problem is that the "gift wrap" (which I paid for just so that I could get a box) was terrible. The bowls barely fit in the box, so the top of the box was all creased, there was tape very sloppily put on the box, and the ribbon was a mess. I hadn't planned to use the ribbon, so it didn't matter, but if you're thinking something will arrive nicely gift wrapped, nope. I can't use the creased/taped box. I went to the store and they don't have any boxes suitable for housewares. 06/19/2014
