I have been making homemade pizza for years and it's always been good but I felt it could be even better. That's when I began my search for a "real" pizza pan. I've used pizza stones before but really wasn't thrilled with the results. After reading many reviews and comparing products, I finally decided to purchase the Farberware Insulated Pizza Crisper Pan. I couldn't wait to try it out! Let me tell you that I am more than pleased with the results! I used the same crust recipe I've always used, but what a difference this pan made. The crust was so evenly brown on the bottom and perfectly crisped! I highly recommend this pan!

I do my share of making pizzas, mostly homemade and a occasional frozen every one now and then. I think it's great for crisping the crust of frozen pizzas but I didn't have a good result making a homemade pizza. The dough went thru the holes, ended up over cooking the crust and made a mess in the oven. Next pizza I would definitely adjust the time knowing it cooks quicker. The size of the pan was bigger then I thought it be and was a problem because it only fit on the bottom shelf.

I work in food service for a large health care company. We started using these pans to make our pizza. We actually shape and make the pizzas on the pans. We then bake them for 5 minutes and slide them off the pans. Now the get baked another 5 to 7 minutes. They have a nice cripsy crust and look like they were ordered from a pizza parlor. Great pans!!!!!!!!!!!!

This pizza "stone" is awesome for a variety of pizzas. I've used it on rising crust, deep-dish, and thin-crust pizzas and it gives each of the crusts a nice flaky texture. It is very easy to clean with a brush or a textured sponge. It's large enough to fit a variety of pizzas. I really love it and would recommend it to anyone.
