Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must Have LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!! I initially bought it to make frittatas; however, I have used this pan for so many other cooking needs. There are so many things I love about this pan, but most of all it is large enough to cook a complete batch of meat, vegetables, potatoes, or whatever. Also, I really like the fact that I can begin cooking my meal on the stove, and finish it up in the oven without having to use another pan. Finally, this pan cleans up so easily. If something happens to stick on it, I soak it in warm water, and it cleans up so easily and so well. It's wonderful, and I would truly recommend it to anyone!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Skillet So nice to have a new skillet that actually works and food doesn't stick to it while you are cooking. Nice solid glass lid comes with it which is a plus. This skillet works great!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from cuisinart set I bought this entire set latter part of 2013 when I needed to replace my old set. The handles are very sturdy, I can pick up pots and pans with out worrying the handles will be flimsy and they get a little hot if you keep them near open flames, the glass lids are strong and have stood up to them falling on our floor. If you cook-You need to baby these pots and pans. You must NOT put them in the dishwasher, lids yes- pots and pans no. It will discolor the outside and make the inside of the pots and pans almost useless. If you don't baby them by wiping them down after each use instead of hand washing them several times a day, food will stick or burn. You have to use wooden spoons or plastic only to mix or scrape if not- it will destroy the coating on the inside of the pots and pans, not only that they are not as pretty either. In my case they barely made it a year and now I feel if I buy them again its going to be a yearly expense. I have a large family so we use them all, several times daily the first ones to wear out were both the frying pans then the "chicken fryer" then the big pot, the smaller pots are fine since we use them less. The lids still look brand new except they don't have the steamer holes in them so steam forces the lids to lift spilling contents on my stove. I would recommend for smaller families and those that do not cook as often and can gingerly use them. For me the price was too high for something that didn't last.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good and bad Good: Sturdy pan that is supposedly oven-safe up to 500 degrees, though I have not tried this. Easy to hand wash. Good lid. Works well enough to use regularly and is one of my favorite cooking pans. Bad: After using once on a high heat, there was minor warping in the center of the bottom of the pan so that the pan no longer sits flat. Can actually spin the pan on this warped point. This causes the outside edges of the pan to take longer to heat.
