Rated 3 out of 5 by Hard for little one to push. My 3 year old son loves it. But my 1 year old can't push it because the arms catch the floor. Hard to keep up with balls. Recommend for 2 year old or better but not for 1 year old. Would get the closed popper one - she loves that and so much easier to push. 02/25/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Toy! The Fisher-Price Scoop and Whirl Popper is the most useless toy I've ever purchased! It does not function as it is supposed to and has a very poor design! I would never recommend it to anyone! 02/24/2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by I thought this item would be heavier than it is. I can understand why my grandson was not wanting to use it, probably didn't feel as if it would hold him. I thought it would be good for him as he's learning to walk. 02/22/2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by I bought this as a Christmas gift It's boring. I thought the hands clapped, they don't. Grand baby loves the little balls, but not the actual toy. Kind of a waste of money. 01/06/2015
