I used to have the Magic Bullet and it finally had issues with the blade piece. I was generally frustrated with it leaking though, so I read the reviews on the NutriBullet and thought it would be a good step up. I make protein smoothies to take to work and usually don't put a ton of liquid in them (until now), which the Nutribullet doesn't like. If there is enough liquid in the container, it works great, although I still have the same leaking as I did with the Magic Bullet. If you're trying to make a thicker smoothie though with ice, and you need a blade that will agitate the ingredients until they start blending, this doesn't work as well.

Easy to use. Very sturdy. I just throw my fruits and liquid in and pop it in! I would recommend it to anyone. The only problem that I had was that the rubber seal ring broke very quickly. With Nutribullet you have to buy the attachment blade to get the seal ring. That was frustrating but I have an extra blade now. Haven't had any problems since. Be sure it seals tight and that the ring doesn't get damaged otherwise perfect!!! no big deal to clean, the blade that grinds nuts and seeds to a powder is fabulous. I have no complaints and I will buy another when/if this one wears out. Compact enough to travel with as well. Motor seems well made.

At first I was in love with this blender, but it may be because I hadn't had a blender at all in over a year. It made hummus, crushed ice, and made grade smoothies. However, now it's been 6 months and the motor is already going out on it. It makes this horrendous ear drum piercing noise when I turn it on, and it only works with my special technique of getting it to lock in correctly. Overall, I would have rather saved my money towards buying something nicer than settling for this because it didn't last long. Then again, I use this blender nearly everyday to make smoothies with frozen fruit. For spurious blender use, this may still be ok.

This Nutribullet is great! I've had delicious and filling fruit smoothies for breakfast every morning so far. In less than a week I've noticed that I've got more energy, my skin is clearing, and my belly is less bloated. I'm also eating less between meals better skin, and less bloat in my belly. Not only would I buy this product again, I'm recommending it to all my family and friends.
One word of caution--avoid putting ice cubes in this machine. I've read other reviews that warn of this as well. I've used some frozen fruit mixed with room temperature liquids and haven't had a problem but I'm keeping an eye out.
