I have a very hard time finding sports bras just for low impact, and these are near perfect for me: I'm large chested (36 C), broad-shouldered, and "mom" boobs, as gravity has taken over. So, to find a decent racerback sports bra to even hold up the girls is tough. Even name brand ones are flimsy!
Once you take out the pads, these work great for me for just light days (lifting, machines, etc). They give me good support, as the band is nice and fitted, and the size L fits me well -- very supportive, but not too binding.
The only 2 complaints I have are: 1) it's not made for high impact; not for me anyway (as I usually have to wear 2 bras anyway for doing anything high impact), and 2) I prefer zip-front bras vs. overhead, but zip front ones are impossible to find, and the ones I have found are poor.
I love these though. I have 4 and plan to get more. Love the variety of colors. The patterened could be better though, as far as the material. Some of the patterns are just weird and not fun or sporty. So glad I found these!

I normally wear a medium or large exercise bra. I bought a large and I struggled to get it on. Then struggled to get if off. Theres a pad in each cup that float around, fold in half and bunch up. They aren't removable and there's no pocket to reach your hand in to adjust it. Frustrating! Returned it.

Finding a sports bra that fits comfortably and provides good coverage is difficult because I have a large bust size. This fits great, is comfortable, and provides the support needed during my workouts! The only thing I didn't care for was the pads, but those were easily removed.

I am 125 lbs, wear a 34DD, and normally wear a small or medium shirt. I got a medium in this sports bra, and it fits perfectly. I could probably size down to a small to get more compression in the chest, but I think it would be too tight around my ribs. I have run in this, and the girls were just fine - they did not jiggle around at all.
I would suggest to those that have a problem with sizing to go try one on before you buy, or go get bra sized professionally so you get a more accurate bra size first. They say 80% of women don't wear the right size bra. I know I didn't - I was wearing a 36C for the longest time and just expecting to pop out of it.
