Rated 3 out of 5Â by JLucky Not what I expected
I cook for my family every night so I needed a quality product that will last for several years.
Here are my observations:
The handles get very hot when boiling water
Coating began to wear off the first week of use (I only use plastic/silicone utensils and hand wash everything).
Stuff sticks even when cooked on low to medium heat (instructions specifically say not to use any sort of coating spray or oil)
I have had the same copper bottom pots for 20 years and still use them over these any chance I have.
Disappointed because of the high ratings other consumers gave this product.

Even as I unpacked this new cookware, I could tell that it had substance and quality. I previously had a set of Cuisinart enamel cookware and returned it to Kohl's because I wasn't pleased with how the enamel was holding up on the pieces I used most. I have used all the pieces in this set and am very pleased with each piece. Even though you don't need to add oil or butter for this nonstick surface, I usually do but notice that I can use MUCH LESS. This cookware cleans easily (I probably won't put it in the dishwasher even though it is dishwasher safe). The circulon pattern seems to really conduct the heat evenly. I've only had the cookware for a few weeks but so far I LOVE it!

Ok, so I don't usually write reviews. In fact, this is my first review EVERRRRR! But, I felt compelled to give my feedback as I have benefited for hundreds of reviews which has helped me make a great purchase...including this one.
To start off, these pots are easy to clean. That's important to me as I hate washing dishes. Ha! A little dab of dishwashing liquid, a couple of swishes of water and it's clean. Nice! I hand wash them even though it says that they are dishwasher safe. Clean-up is easy enough so there's no need to put them through the washer.
The durability of these pots feel pretty substantial. They are light but not too light. My last set of anodized pots were pretty heavy. These are just right in weight for me.
The chocolate brown color is nice but for some reason, they are darker than what I expected when looking at the picture online. This doesn't really bother me much as I am not as much about the aesthetics as I am about other attributes.
Cooking on it is a breeze. As far as food sticking, I have yet to have anything stick that couldn't be wiped out in a snap. My husband cooks eggs every morning and he actually cleans the skillet which is not his thing. He never used to wash a dish in our house but I guess these clean up so easily that he just wipes it clean with a cloth and keep it moving.
Most reviews I've read stated that these pots were purchased for the inductive capabilities. I cook with flames on a gas stove and the heat distribution is great. Pots heat up pretty fast. I haven't tried these in the oven so the jury is still out on that. We will see.
So far, these pots are great. The one down-side is that it just feels as if the outside of the pots might scratch easily. Because of this, I have to treat these pots with kid gloves. I've got teenagers whose task involves cleaning the kitchen so I will need to monitor how they clean and store them.
