Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful and Functional I initially purchased a set of this cookware for my daughter as a wedding shower gift. She loved it so much that I purchased a set for myself. You need to follow the instruction on seasoning the cookware before using it but it is very simple. The stock pot is very large and perfect for cooking pasta or a big batch of soup. The 8 inch skillet is just the right size of an omelet. I just placed an order for a set of this cookware as a gift for my future daughter-in-law's wedding shower. 11/26/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best cookware I have ever used The one-star rating had nothing to do with the cookware itself - only that the wrong set was received. That said, I love this cookware. It is heavy. Nothing sticks to it as long as you use non-stick spray, and it cleans up easily. If something does stick, let the pan cool and soak in warm water. If needed, clean with Bar Keepers Friend. Highly recommended. 03/31/2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good set but sizes are listed incorrectly. This is what the set includes: 1 qt. covered saucepan with glass lid, 2 qt. covered saucepan with glass lid, 4 qt. covered saute pan with glass lid, 6 qt. covered stockpot with glass lid, 8 in. open skillet, 10 in. open skillet. The tri-ply set is heavy duty and seems to be well made. The photo of the set is correct. 03/31/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tri-Ply cookware great value and features I'm really happy with this set. We've looked long and hard for something with these features. Since these pots and pans have the inner conducting layer all the way up the sides of the pan, not just on the bottom like most brands, they are especially great for gas stoves because the even heat conduction prevents scorching where the flames can reach up the sides. Pudding, gravy, sauces, and sauteed onions don't leave burn/scorch marks around the bottom edge any more. The lids are sturdy and tight fitting and I love the glass top so I can see how things are progressing w/o opening the top. The whole set feels like quality. The handles are riveted on instead of cheap spot welds that ultimately fail. I could wish for matching lids for EACH piece - some of the skillets don't come with their own lids and the pot lids aren't exactly the right size to use instead. I'm gonna take these lidless ones to a home store and look for openstock lids which look like a close match for style. Hope the sizes are right... 01/11/2014
