I've been wearing these panties for over 20 + years and in the past year, I've found the quality of the waist band has deteriorated, so much so that I'm not sure I can pay the steep price for these panties in the future, especially if they don't last but a few months. I've had to replace 4 pairs within 1 year when previously, they have lasted many years without any wear and tear. The waist band stretches out and loses it's elasticity and grip. I'm constantly having to pull the panties up. This is not the Bally's quality I've come to love. I'm to the point that I will start looking to other brands. Bally if you read this, take notice because as a loyal customer, I cannot promise I will be loyal much longer. I hope I am wrong.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Salaparuta Super-comfortable
I'm mobility-impaired, and even the most comfy briefs from my previous wardrobe would slide around and poke me at the leg openings under stress, even when they were covered or non-elastic. They would were out quickly at those stress points. And it isn't as easy for me to stand up and adjust my underwear.
The two best things about these briefs is that they're soft and stretchy. They will never get pulled so tight that they're uncomfortable, and they're close-fitting without feeling tight.
This fiber does get really damp when I sweat.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by KGRENO Have been wearing for years
I have wearing this brand/style of underwear for years and love it. I needed a smaller size which is the only reason I purchased any now because my old ones are still in excellent condition. They fit well and wash beautifully.
Rated 1 out of 5Â by Island Lady Skimp Skamp Is Exactly What They Are!
I still have some Skimp Skamp Panties from many years ago that are in better shape than the ones I have bought in the last few years. I used to love these because they were so comfortable (especially the style they offered for awhile that had a lower waist), but I cannot keep buying something that doesn't last. The elastic wears out immediately, the panty fabric itself is definitely thinner, and the crotch area is not as wide as it used to be -- all of these costing comfort and durability.
