Rated 2 out of 5 by Good concept, bad design. The flexi crevice too is a great concept, since it extends to reach farther and bends to get hard to reach place. The problem is the huge end on it where the brush attachment fits on. It is so big, that it defeats the purpose of a crevice tool, because it doesn't fit into small crevices. Examples are under the couch, under the washer and dryer, between the appliances, under the fridge and so on. Not real impressed by it. Probably will return it, since the attachment from my old vacuum fits, and actually fits between tight spaces.. 09/25/2012
