Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Item This is a really nice cast iron pan. It is really heavy but that's no surprise, it is cast iron. It has a little handle opposite the regular handle and you do need this to manage this skillet. It is pre- seasoned and ready to go Ive used it several time in the week or so that I have it and am enjoying it. 10/21/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very handy, easy to use & clean. My Mom always had a cast iron skillet on the stove when I was growing up. It was and now is the go to pan. I have never even "put it away". It's beautiful and stays right on the stove. I only wish that there were more items to select from! 10/15/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The only skillet I need I'm thrilled with this skillet. I've never used cast iron before, and I love it. Everything comes out tasting better than it did in my Teflon skillet. Cooks great and easy clean up. What more could you want? 10/06/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it I use this skillet so often, I store it on my stove top. It comes already seasoned and ready to use. I cook with a bit of oil, wipe it clean, and give it a light coating of oil when I'm done. The first thing I made in it was my southern friend's baked beans recipe - I call 'em "baconed-beans" because there's a ton of bacon in there! - and it was such a pleasure to saute, simmer, and then bake everything in the same pan. If you've never tried cooking in cast iron, start here. 08/07/2012
