Rated 4 out of 5Â by Cheap8kate Tight First-Level Row on Otherwise Great Shoe Rack
The Honey-Can-Do Chrome Expandable 2-Tier Shoe Rack is a gorgeous shoe display for any room. Mine landed in the mud room where shoes come on and off. The unit came flat in pieces and was easy to put together without tools. The chrome horizontal bars on which the shoes rest slide wide or narrow, however needed for the space or volume of shoes. I've got 12 pairs of shoes on it with toes toward me, six on the top rack and six on the bottom, with three more pairs on the floor below the first level with toes away from me. So it's a great use of the floor space. First shelf is tight, both for setting and retrieving standard men's shoes and the height cannot be adjusted. Top shelf works best for shoes used most often. Note that wet or muddy shoes on the top rack will soil all shoes below it!

The Shoe Rack is nice and shiny, stylish design. Very simple and easy to put together, had it assembled in about 10 minutes. The extension is great, and doubles the size. The shelf wobbles...if one of my shoes wobbled it too much the other shoes also fell off.
I'd say this product is GREAT for college dorms/temporary apartments, but not good for a long term investment.

It looks nice and freed up alot of space on my floor. The convience of it being expandable is great.
