We were looking for a bench to put next to the large shower in our master bath. We like the simple, clean lines of this bench. One negative was in the assemly. What should have been a simple assembly took over 2 hours since the holes did not line up. It became very difficult & frustrating because we do not have the tools to make the necessary adjustments. Since thebamboo is very hard, I am sure that just added to the difficulty. The edges of the bamboo are a bit sharp also. I the end we do like the bench. It works out for our needs and looks great!

I have this bench beside my master bath soaker/jetted tub. The top is a great place for magazines and/or works as a seat. The bottom easily holds 5+ towels and a small basket of soaps/bath gels. You can even put a pair of slippers under the bottom shelf. We have had this bench for about 9 months and it has held up very well. I would recommend this product.

Bamboo furniture is usually expensive, and, though worth the price, it was not in my ballpark to spend, in other words, I could live without it. Then, I saw the creative bath bamboo spa bench from Kohl's. It was not expensive and it is just what I wanted.
