Rated 5 out of 5 by Age range is questionable I bought this for my oldest daughter when she was 3 and she is now almost 7. The puzzle is really too difficult for a 3 year old. The oldest can now do it unassisted. My 4 yr old can do it with a little help. The great thing about it is that it can double as wooden stacking blocks. That is actually what my kids all have used it for the most. It definitely does take some thinking skills. It definitely grows with your child...only for multiple uses though. My only warning is that the picture can be peeled off.....lesson learned. 10/28/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by picture's peel! When I came across this puzzle I thought it would be great for my daugter so I bought it. Within 2 minute's of being opened I noticed that the picture's were not glued/stuck to the cube's very well. Now after 3 hour's almost half of the cubes are peeling around the edges. I've watched to make sure that she isn't picking at them and they just aren't up to standard...the puzzle we got is VERY poor quality and if I'd known it was going to do this I wouldn't have wasted the money! 03/31/2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Beware paper not paint! We usually LOVE M&D toys, classic and robust for our son. However, this farm cube puzzle is poorly made with the images made of paper glued to the cube, not paint. Less than a week after opening the paper started to peel, and once my son figured it out he's been working at it with his fingers and teeth. Going to have to get rid of it...or start counting the added fiber to his diet (plus coloring and adhesive). Good idea, poor execution. Disappointing! 05/18/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by great quality, but difficult for its age group The puzzle is really high quality, heavy wood blocks and a nice wood tray in which to build (and store) the puzzle. My only complaint is that it says "3 and up" for the age range, and it's definitely a very difficult puzzle for small children. (Maybe I'm just saying this because a group of intelligent adults took longer than expected to complete the puzzle.) But it's challenging, which isn't a bad thing, and the quality is unbeatable. 01/04/2013
