I really like it. Mopped my entryway, laundry room & kitchen in 10 minutes. It's nice to have 2 pads and the tray for letting it cool is nice. The manual says to dump the water from the holding tank. It would be nicer if you could leave water in the tank for all in between times you just need to spot mop. However, it only takes 30 seconds to heat up. So it's not a deal breaker for me. The cord is plenty long enough to do a large area, multiple rooms.

I checked the reviews on several steam mops and decided to purchase the Hoover steam mop. I've used it several times and I'm pleased with the purchase. I use distilled water rather than tap water and I empty the water chamber each time I use it to decrease the risk of complications related to water deposits. The cost of distilled water is minimal, I have not used the cleaning solution as steam has been doing a great job.

I think my steamer will be the answer to quick and easy cleaning for myself. I have a large amount of tile and dreaded mopping due to the way i had to do areas and then run to the laundry room to rinse. With the disenfecting i feel real good about setting up the steamer and washing away. I feel this will be a great tool for my house.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by LAMN I've used this steam mop a few times now and I think it does a good. The tank is large enough to clean several floors at once. The only con I've noticed so far is that you have to hold a button down in order for the steam to come out. My hand gets tired of holding the button down. Past steam mops I've had you didn't have to do that.
